About L. Coetzer

Lee-Anne Coetzer writes bold and adventurous sapphic romance and fantasy infused with intimacy, emotional depth, and a thread of humour. Her work explores longing, courage, identity, and the magnetic pull between truth and desire, always inviting readers into richly imagined worlds and unforgettable journeys.

With an academic foundation in psychology and advanced study in sexology, Lee-Anne brings a particular interest in human behaviour, relationships, intimacy, and the complicated spaces where emotion and desire meet. Her stories are unapologetically sapphic, emotionally driven, and often a little wild.

Writing under the name L. Coetzer, she is the author of Love Safari: Wild Hearts, the first novel in the Bundi Lodge Series and Athenaion Publishing's debut release.

When she isn't writing, Lee-Anne can usually be found somewhere between books, nature, photography, and the African bush — or dreaming up the next story.
